" Bruce, Just have to let you know two things. First, Juan and the crew left everything looking great. I was expecting to have to do a lot of work behind them - But they did a great job.
Secondly, we had a hard rain late today. It was probably 1/2 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. For the first time ever since I've lived here, Water was NOT standing above and around the drains we worked on this week. That is huge!
